This policy explains how IAMNUBE LLC (“IAMNUBE,” “we,” or “us”) handles information collected through www.iamnube.com and related website inquiries. It does not replace a customer service agreement or the terms governing information we handle on a customer’s behalf.
Information we collect
When you contact us through the website, you provide your name, email address, inquiry subject, and message. If you contact us by email or phone, we receive the information you choose to share during that conversation.
Our website and service providers also process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP addresses, browser and device information, requested pages, and access times. Analytics information is described below.
Please do not submit passwords, payment card details, government identification numbers, health information, or other sensitive personal information through the contact form.
How we use information
We use inquiry information to answer questions, discuss requested services, prepare proposals, and follow up on your request. We use technical information to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website.
Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list. We do not sell inquiry information or use it for unrelated marketing. Any future optional marketing subscription will be offered separately.
Providers that help us run the website
Information is processed by providers supporting the functions below:
- Formspree: receives contact-form submissions and delivers them to us. It may process technical information for delivery and spam prevention. See Formspree’s privacy policy.
- Microsoft 365: supports our business email and correspondence.
- Amazon Web Services (AWS Amplify): hosts and delivers the production website. See the AWS privacy notice.
- Google Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics: help us understand website usage and performance, as explained below.
We may also disclose information where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect people, investigate misuse, or establish or defend legal rights. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate.
Analytics and cookies
Google Analytics is optional. On this website, it loads only after you accept optional analytics. It uses cookies and similar identifiers to measure visits and interactions, including pages viewed, referral sources, approximate location, and browser and device information. Our website does not send the contents of your contact-form message to Google Analytics.
Learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can also use Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Cloudflare Web Analytics collects website usage and performance measurements without using cookies or local storage to track visitors. It runs independently of the optional Google Analytics choice. See Cloudflare’s explanation of Web Analytics.
Use Cookie preferences in the footer to accept or decline Google Analytics at any time. Declining does not affect the contact form or your ability to read the site. Withdrawing permission stops future Google Analytics collection on this site; it does not erase information previously collected.
We remember your choice in this browser’s local storage for up to six months. If storage is unavailable, your choice applies only to the current page. Clearing browser storage or using a different browser may cause the choice to appear again. You can also manage cookies using your browser settings.
How long we keep information
Our retention standard is to review inactive website inquiries and delete them within 12 months of the last meaningful contact, unless the inquiry becomes part of a customer relationship or continued retention is needed for an unresolved matter or legal obligation. Customer service, transaction, and contractual records may be kept longer as needed for those purposes.
Deletion is handled through our business record-review process, rather than an automatic timer on this website. Provider logs, analytics records, and backup copies follow the applicable provider settings and retention processes.
Your privacy requests
You can ask about information you have provided, request a correction, or request deletion by emailing info@iamnube.com. Tell us which inquiry or information your request concerns, without sending sensitive identity documents.
We may need to confirm your identity before releasing or changing records. We aim to acknowledge requests within five business days and respond within 30 days, subject to any applicable legal deadline, exceptions, or permitted extensions. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy law.
Security and external links
We use HTTPS to protect information in transit and restrict business-system access to authorized users. No online service or transmission is completely secure. Other websites linked from this site have their own privacy practices.
This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and address it.
Updates and contact
We may update this policy when our website or information-handling practices change. The date above identifies the latest revision.
